RecommendedI am very pleased with the service. I first noticed the atmosphere when Sarah waited on me. I was purchasing some cocoon eye shades for my glasses. I decided to schedule an appointment for glasses and contacts. My Dr. Clayton Smith had me in contacts with the first try! I found Angie to be very helpful in helping me pick out glasses and help me understand my progressive lenses. I just felt this place was very personable and helpful! Oh, and I do need to apologize for interrupting! I caught myself after leaving the center.
the service was top notch. I am a very happy customer! I will be back, with my family.

The actual doctors and staff are awesome! But I'm writing to say AVOID THE FRAMELESS LENSES IN THE MENS SECTION!!! I've never had to repair a pair of glasses more than these. And for almost 200 bucks you would think they would be pretty sturdy. NOPE! Every 2 months they break in the same places. While they have done the repairs for me every time I have now moved 3 hours away and have to make due with scotch tape. It sucks cause I really enjoy being able to see. But after this time looks like I'm saving up for another frame. ... read more

I had to go to get my eyes checked yesterday.I chose Browns Eye Center.From the time of my arrival i was treated with kindness and warmth.The entire time i was their, i felt as though i was with family and friends.I never at anytime felt like a number or a dollar sign like i have at other places.The staff were kind and the doctors very knowledgeable and experienced.They even had a conference in the corner on me...lol.What can i say i can be a problem patient.In this day of mass marketing and instant everything,a lot of the t... read more
Oh, my goodness! What a fabulous experience I had with Dr. Clayton Smith today at your offices. Fast, professional...straight up honest. Kind enough to tell me that I need not buy expensive glasses, merely change the strength of my "readers." I appreciate honesty so much! I found a lovely pair of magnetic (clips open and close at the front rim) 1.75 readers at Brown's and walked out happy, satisfied, pleased, content, but most of all...grateful.
