I don't usually leave reviews, but the people here are awesome! My family and I were traveling from Arkansas to Florida to visit Disney for the first time, my oldest daughter had went ahead of us with the school marching band and we were on a time crunch to be there to pick her up at the end of her trip. i have no use for this shop they can't check a automotive battery always wants me to leave mine. can't even hook a machine up to a vechile to check the service engine soon light to see what excatley the promble is. can't even change transmission fluid
Helped us same day when Davis Ford told us it would take at least a couple days just to look at it. Being from out of town, budget doesn't exactly cover more nights at a hotel. Plus I didn't feel comfortable just leaving our car there. The guys at Brown have been professional and so very helpful to get us back on the road today. My husband and I very much appreciate their service. Thank you! �
These fine men helped my son get back on the road today so the he wouldn't be late in reporting to Fort Benning. I can't thank them enough.
