I am looking at Brownlee Roofing for a full roof replacement. This would be my second project with Brownlee. Returning customer is always a good sign.
Had my roof replaced in June 2016 after a major hail storm came through the area. Shane took time to explain everything that needed to be done. Danny kept me up to date on what was going on every step as I live out of town. The work was done, as promised, for the price quoted with excellent materials and workmanship. Appreciate them working with my tenant and leaving the property clean. Excellent company, good customer service, integrity. If I ever need another roof, I'll calling Brownlee.
The two best words to describe Dan Brownlee are---HONEST and PROFESSIONAL. I grew up in and around the construction business take my word for it--- good contractors like Dan are very hard to find.He does his very best to provide quality workmanship with his subcontractors. Many have worked with him for years. If you need some new shingles or a total roof repair along with gutters etc. Dan should be your go to guy!!!!
They did not ask me to sign a contract to meet with the adjustor. They actually spent several hours waiting on the adjustor at the house. The work took about three days and they were constantly cleaning the entire time. I am very happy with the result. Great Roofing company locally owned and I never felt like I was dealing with someone that just wanted to upsell me on every detail.
Responded promptly, always punctual to meetings, professional, friendly, clear about the process. Met and inspected house with adjuster and got a whole new roof authorized. Did not ask for a contract in advance.
His integrity not to overcharge or attempt to upsell was much appreciated.
On time. Courteous and professional. Did not oversell me, which other contract or tried to do.
They were on time, replaced the vent and provided 90 day warranty on the installation.
