Came in for one knee brace and attempted to find the correct brace myself because the staff totally ignored me while spending time at the front of the store laughing with each other. My husband went to get help and was told, "someone will get to you, we are very busy right now". Counting the 2 of us we counted maybe 7 customers in the store and they were walking around with no store employees accompanying them. I was referred to Brownings by my orthopedic Dr. To be fitted for a boot for a broken leg. The young woman asked me my shoe size, got the boot and put it on me. I told her it did not feel right. She tightened the straps. I told her it still did not feel right. She told me I could inflate it if necessary and sent me on my way. It giggled and hurt my leg the entire way home.
