Everyone was so nice. Dr. Browning put in ear tubes in my wifes ears. Took less than 15 minutes. Awesome!
Though I think the doctor is excellent, you are only as good as your entire operation. The nurse is completely unacceptable. Impossible to talk to in person and even though you leave many detailed messages, they won't fix the problem but wind up playing telephone tag for a week. I told them I'm allergic to MRI contrast and yet they schedule an MRI with contrast and no prior medication. I've tried to get this resolved for a week and have given up. I will need to find another office that listens.
Dr. Browning saved my life. He discovered that what I thought was a fish bone caught in my throat was actually a form of cancer and sent on the correct path to recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of his specialty.
Our 15 year old son had his adenoids removed. We looked up Atlanta's Top Docs and found Dr. Browning. What a God-send! He has a warm bedside manner. It was the first surgery we'd experienced with one of our kids so we were very nervous. He completely made us feel at ease to have the procedure done on behalf of our son. Our son snored a lot and when he caught a cold, it would often turn into infection. He needed NO pain meds after the surgery! It was as if he had no surgery at all. Awesome doc!
He came highly recommended by my allergist.
Our niece worked for Dr. Browning as an audiologist. She recommended him to my husband. Dr. Browning performed two sinus surgeries on him at GMC. The experience for him was positive and he healed beautifully. I saw Dr. Browning for a minor nose bleed. He is very professional, punctual and personable. We have recommended him to family and friends. His staff is caring, knowledgeable and efficient.
I have been coming to Dr. Browning for the past 7 years, since he diagnosed me with vocal nodes (I can't believe it's been that long!). His staff is amazing, compassionate and humorous. They are able to work me into their schedule most times (and will call in a script at other times). Dr. Browning communicates processes of procedures, what I can expect to experience, and checks how I'm doing during procedures. I appreciate how the entire staff work together to provide excellent patient care.
