Just had the worst experience ever at this bakery I will not be back----I came to pick up a birthday cake that I ordered the cake was decorated wrong and the wrong color was used. Cupcakes are wonderful but customer service is horrible. And don't bother complaining to the owner for her attitude is just as bad.
I love their cupcakes. The ladies were very friendly. They didn't have any cupcakes with vanilla icing, but they were nice enough to go to the back and get a cupcake and put vanilla icing on it. Best cupcake I've ever head. The cupcake was HUGE, the bread was moist. I was dreaming about their cupcakes last night. In my dream I went into their store and ordered twelve of them. My friend went there today to pick up a German chocolate cake. I decided on a slice since it was my first time. That cake was delicious. I need to save some but my fork keeps going back....just as I will. Thanks BSB!!

BSB made the cake for my Grandma's 102ND birthday party yesterday.. When I went in to order it, I didn't have a vision of what I wanted I just knew it had to be special. The salesperson was great. She helped me design a special cake for a special Day. The cake was breathtaking and delicious. Thanks BSB.
Poor Customer Service. Owner need to fired or provide training to her staff on Customer Service. Love the Cup cakes/Cakes but will not be doing business with the store if the customer service continue to suck.
This is my review of BSB...I don't eat sweets but gave a Groupon to a dear friend for her "Breakfast at Tiffany's Party". She sent a picture of how she wanted the cake to look like ( A Tiffany & Co Box) but BSB did not even come close. Instead she received an Attitude from not only the Staff but the Owner!!! She was not compensated with an apology, nor a refund, or even a discount. If BSB could not have handled the order after seeing the picture, BSB should've declined the order and been honest.
