The bananas pudding taste like it was made with soap and cheap pudding. I would prefer it homemade but that caramel cake was so GOOD. The staff needs to be trained on customer service, unprofessional but great potential to improve. She didn't even finish closing me out before she took another customer, and it made me feel rushed being that it was my first time there. I ordered 5 different cakes for the sweets table at my wedding and a small personal cake for my Husband. The cakes were AMAZING and everyone went on and on about how good each flavor was! Thank you for making our day that much sweeter!!!
My niece bought me a Carmel cake for my birthday just the other day and i've heard her rave about these cakes but had never taste before. Well i have to jump on the bandwagon as well, It was simply Delicious....kudos to those who make that carmel cake!!!!!
Well, just to be fair, I'm not really a dessert person but I've been wanting to try this place for like forever. So, the Carmel cupcake was dry and I bought 2. Also got 2 chocolate cupcakes and a slice of lemon cake. 1 Carmel cupcake, 1 1/2 chocolate all went in the trash, and I brought the lemon cake back to Maryland, but I'm not expecting much. So, just because i didn't like it doesn't mean the bakery is not good, however, I won't be returning when I'm home again. There goes my $18.00!!!!!!
I stopped in Sunday . I had a slice of this Fantastic Carmel Cheese cake that melts in your mouth. Every time I go I am never disappointed. Great Service always with a smile. Thank you Brown Sugar Bakery for being a hidden gem in our community. 5 stars rating

Came the day before my daughters party and ordered a double chocolate cake with strawberry filling. Very sweet ladies and the cake was beautiful & delicious. Thank you BSB!
This place is amazing. Very polite and professional staff. Very accommodating. I would give it more than five stars. Now as for their cakes, they deserve 10 stars too. I recommend Brown Sugar Bakery Chicago ..to everyone who loves flavor.
