The owner really cares about his employees. He mentioned closing early if we got a snowstorm. I liked that before I got my estimate. Way more reasonable than the other place I went to, and the car looks like new. I would definitely recommend them for your body repair needs.
I’ve had several vehicles repaired here. Great work and the communication is also great. Highly recommend!
First impression of the owner was "he takes care of his team'. Freezing rain is coming in at 2:00P.M, and he is sending the team home at 1:00P.M. That's someone prioritizing employees over profit, which is a great start to me (a fellow business owner). Besides that, even though my work was pushing up against that timeline, he accepted my vehicle and added extra guys to it when I expressed I couldn't make it back the next day. Really appreciate the customer service, really appreciate taking care of employees- 5 stars.

They have such an amazing team at Browns, from the office personel to the guys in the shop who have fixed all 3 of the cars we have brought to them. Our younger daughter has a "first car" that they fixed really quick and crazy resonably. To my wife's Audi with smaller fender bender they came to us and picked it up and brought it back to us, and finally my new Expidition i hit a light pole and did some significant damage to the; hood, headlight that needed replaced, the bumper was fairly damaged.
