Estimated a week for repairs, did not get it back until three weeks later. Was given a date for completion that constantly moved back. When I asked for a concession due to the time having to be without a car, I was told "it is a fair price" and they would not budge. Seems to care more about their dealer lot customers than referrals or walk ins. Mike was very helpful in providing services. I came in for an estimate (fender issue) on my InfinitiQX60 and was able to get it repaired. Quick, quality work , great customer service and would highly recommend.
The owner really cares about his employees. He mentioned closing early if we got a snowstorm. I liked that before I got my estimate. Way more reasonable than the other place I went to, and the car looks like new. I would definitely recommend them for your body repair needs.
