They have such an amazing team at Browns, from the office personel to the guys in the shop who have fixed all 3 of the cars we have brought to them. Our younger daughter has a "first car" that they fixed really quick and crazy resonably. To my wife's Audi with smaller fender bender they came to us and picked it up and brought it back to us, and finally my new Expidition i hit a light pole and did some significant damage to the; hood, headlight that needed replaced, the bumper was fairly damaged. I had to have my bumper replaced and painted. I had the bumper shipped to them Thursday and it was done Friday. It looks fantastic. They delivered it to me. Everybody was amazing and easy to deal with. Will recommend all of my family and friends!!

I wish there were more stars available. I pulled in with a scratch some idiot lowered the garage door on my new tailgate (me haha). I asked if it could be repaired, Mike said sure and I asked when I could get on the schedule. Mike did it on the spot. I paid him double his asking price for the work. I am truly not accustomed to this level of service and quality of work and thoughtfulness in this day and age 10 stars. Will be back.
