Just had our roof replaced by Brown roofing. Travis, Tyler and the whole crew were great to work with. Answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Showed up when they said they would. Dealt with some unexpected, necessary repairs quickly and professionally. Completed the job in a timely manner. Roof looks great. Bid was spot on. Not sure what more anyone could ask. Highly recommend.
Yall really got your employee (Jake Felt) emailing someone from his work email, talking trash to them at 2am. Sucky way to run a business
Brown Roofing replaced our roof 5 years ago. It has started leaking! We've called a few times and never hear back. So we hired another company to come inspect the roof and repair it. Turns out Brown roofing neglected to add a second flashing on the corner of the roof that is now leaking. I don't know how this is professional or acceptable. We now have to pay for repairs on a roof that supposedly has years of guarantee left. The fact that they duck and hide is beyond unprofessional. I will never recommend this company.
Been over 3 weeks since they came to look at the roof. Waiting for the estimate to replace it. We've called several times but nobody ever returns our calls. And they came so highly recommended.
I called Brown roofing for an estimate to replace my fascias. I had to call back a week later to see why the estimate man never called me. Here I am 3 weeks out waiting for his phone.
