Doctor Brown is excellent explained procedure and what to expect in the future
Dr Jeremiah Brown is a very compassionate and caring physician. He always answers all my questions and explains the condition of my eyes to me. Great Staff as well, especially the front office staff.
Waiting for my appointment took in excess of 1 hour and 35 minutes. I ended up rescheduling my 6th month appointment. Front desk doesn't seem mindful of people that have been waiting, doesn't check on timelines. People come to appointments and end up sitting in two different areas, staff have to search for them. Unless you're prepared for waiting and wasting your time away because the whole practice doesn't respect others time. I won't go again.
Dr. Jeremiah Brown is an exceptionally skilled Ophthalmologist and surgeon! He performed a vitrectomy on my right eye and the results were phenomenal. He is very professional, knowledgeable; discussing the procedure in great detail, explaining all possible side effects and other issues. His style and attitude are always positive. My vitrectomy couldn't have gone better! And his staff are second to none. They are kind, caring and always put the patient first!
I highly recommend this practice. The healthcare professionals are outstanding, the office is beautiful, and the location is convenient with easy access. Dr. Brown is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. His calm demeanor and extensive expertise make every visit a positive experience.
