After the assessment, he explained some issues that needed addressing before he could in good conscience do the alignment. Mark, Buck, and Chris are the best around at alignments. I've been using Brown Radiator and Alignment for over 20 years and no one else does alignments on any of my family's vehicles
Very helpful, polite and worked me in very quick.
When my car overheated I was told to bring it here as it's the best place in town. I realized that I knew the family and they are good, honest people. They had me fixed up in a few hours and on my way!
Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with any vehicle maintenance business! I called at 7:30 this morning and asked to make an appointment to get the noise in my front end fixed. They asked where I was and told me to come right over. I was pulling OUT of their parking lot at 7:50 with a quiet car and a business card to share with my friends and family. Probably the best alignment guys in the area. Very good and very quick!
Called them when I was in Calhoun at 3pm and asked how long will it take to get coolant system pressurized guy told on phone 1 hour and showed up for them to tell me it can’t be done today because it’s a diesel. Would of been nice to been asked what type of truck I’d be bringing before wasting my time driving to there and back.

Unfortunately diesel engines take a lot longer to cool off than gas engines. I apologize for not asking you what kind of vehicle you had. However I'm not going to get burned by your hot engine because you are in a hurry and can't leave your truck.
Mitch was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and professional. He was straight forward regarding what my truck needed. He fixed what he could and clearly explained what additional work needed to be completed. I followed his instructions and my problem is now completely resolved. I highly recommend these guys!
