My main reason for calling was my tankless gas water heater was making a loud noise. Plumber got here and told me that they do not work on my water heater as it is not under warranty do to liability issues?????? In addition the plumber wore his dirt mud caked in our house. Will not use Browns plumbing again.
Mason did an outstanding job from start to finish! He was professional, kind, and understanding, and he completed the project even faster than we expected. His excellent work ethic and positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Mason to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would!
