Richard came out within a couple of hours of being called on the day before Thanksgiving. He was very friendly, courteous & conscientious about resolving our clogged toilet/sewer line & getting to the root of the problem. He worked creatively & carefully to cause the least mess. Gave us helpful recommendations for moving forward & potential future solutions should problem arise again.
