UPDATE: Had them out to install my mom's new dishwasher. Honestly, the set-up is a bit complex, and after the last install (not Brown)over a decade ago, which took over four hours, we were worried. No worries necessary. These guys are so professional and good. Uninstall, haul-away, uncrate, install, everything was done in under two hours.
