It’s so beautiful and historic. The staff is warm and impeccable!
I cannot day enough good things about this place!! We just had my daughter’s 8th birthday party there and the staff was incredible! We stayed the night in the Top of the Brown and had tea for the party. The pastry chef nailed her cake and the kids had the best time. Love this place love the staff even more! Pricey, but I sure do love the great ambience here. Especially during the Christmas season. Pricey, but not outrageous. For me this is a special occasion destination.
Very nice hotel but really a bit over priced for what we received. Checked in about 4 pm and could not participate in high tea because it ended at 4:30 on a Sunday. Had a glass of milk, a scoop of ice cream and a paper cup of hot chocolate delivered to the room - cost $21. The room we had was fantastic except it was next to the elevator. But we have always wanted to check it out so that’s done
