We where given a suite at the top of the brown for two nights as a wedding gift , stayed our wedding night and the next it was one of the nicest experiences I've had! All the staff was so helpful and friendly from the valet to doorman to bellman front desk and housekeeping and concierge.. really great people they all seem to love there jobs which shows in there performance . Let me start off by saying that the only reason I am giving this a one star is because that's the lowest score possible. This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The room was nothing like the pictures on their website indicated, the wait staff seemed as though everytime I asked for something it was an inconvenience, and it seemed as though the entire hotel shut down after 10 p.m.. I love the elegance of High Tea at the Brown Palace. I used to come here at Christmas with a group I used to work with. So lovely!
