Worked here in the late 90s in The Palace Arms kitchen. Nothing will ever match the elegance, energy, romance, and charm of The Brown.
It's a beautiful hotel with amazing history. Loved walking through and the staff was amazing.
Great space and well appointed rooms. We were comfortable and the hotel does not feel 125 years old as it maintains its charm with modern amenities. It would have gotten 5 stars, but the hotel does seem to have no staff after 10pm. One night I was looking to send laundry down around 10pm and had to bring it down to the front desk. Another night wanted to open a bottle of wine, but room service was closed to order food and a cork screw. Luxury hotel; best brunch in Denver (be sure to reserve to avoid disappointment).
One ofthe grandest of the grand hotels. This is our fourth stay over the past several years and would stay no where else in Denver. Belongs in a class with the Savoy in London, the King George V in Paris and the the D'Angleterre in Copenhagen.
