Dr Brown is not easily accessible, rushes through his visits, doesn’t listen to patient needs. His staff doesn’t keep up with the charts or notes well. You have to remind them on things and there is poor communication between the staff, doctor and patient. The lack of communication has affected my time and treatment. It has made an already unnerving situation unnecessarily stressful. My dentist did not recommend Brown. I wish I had listened instead of thought of convenience.
