I remember having to see her at the ER one night at the old Rutherford County Hospital close to Highland Ave. The hospital has since moved across town. Personally, I found her to be rude and forceful with her instructions. Professionally, she did get me through my issue which is most important. Shortly after my ER visit, I get a bill directly from her office written in a firm and rude way reminding me of the balance owed to her. I had to go to the ER the Saturday before Christmas. Dr. Brown was amazing! She was very personable and cared about my issues. Bless her heart, she had to do a very unappreciated part of being a doctor. As the patient, I cannot thank her enough for her gentleness and putting me at ease. I’d love to have her for my own doctor on call!
