Worst management ever in whole GTA. If you have any issues they will never ever receive your call. We are still living in their appartment and it feels like we are stuck. If your appartment have any issues they will not do any temporary arrangements for you . From a week my shower is not working and guess what nobody is responding my call no admins, no receptionist, no manager not a damm single person. Building superintendent are extremely rude😠😠. Apart from all of these their rents are super high.

I wish i could rate them 0! I’ve been calling them for how many days but no one is answering.always directs call into a voicemail.No water in my unit for almost a week and cant get any help from them! It’s not worth paying rent to them.Very poor customer service!!
I worked at the Stack at Bayview for 2 years as a concierge, and I honestly have nothing negative to say about the Brown Group. However, they rely entirely on a disgusting excuse for a human being named Rob! (Caretaker) it makes working there toxic. A lot of residents always complaint to me about him, and little do the residents know that he is always spying and gossiping about them.
