This provider, Mrs.Brown is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional providers. If you are a veteran and are scheduled with her for C&P exams, please do yourself a favor and request someone else. She will not look at any of your problems, and then will go and fill out a DBQ on a claim that she hasn’t even looked at. Appropriate reports have already been filed against her. Again, please save yourself the time and energy before you are seen by her.
This doctor reported me as a "no-show" even though I DID go to my appointment and she conducted an examination. As a result my claim was denied and am currently in the process of appealing that decision based on her inconpetence. Save yourself the trouble and request a different doctor!

If you’re going through the VA process and get scheduled an appointment with Ludella Brown don’t even show up. She will not read documentation that is sent over from the VA and will make determinations based upon her mood that day. Please do yourself a favor and don’t show up. If you do decide to go to the appointment prepare yourself for an appeals process.
Had my c&p exam with her. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she was thorough and understanding very nice with me. I was glad she was there to help me. Not as scary as I thought it would be.
