Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Wait time was an issue. Other than that, the staff and doctor were very polite and professional.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Some were answered

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
