Great office, staff and care. When my wife was in hospital with heart problems, they got between the specialists and coordinated her care. She thinks they saved her life. They say if you aren't well, you don't need an appointment; just come in and they will take care of you.
I could never get his staff to help me at all. The last straw was when I needed some testing done. Dr Brown referred me to a place in Albuquerque . I tried for two months to get a return call, they never returned any calls. Wouldn't send information to my insurance. Couldn't get records or treatment. Finally gave up and moved to another state just to be treated and have access to my health information. I don't think my health problems would have progressed if I'd had treatment .
I have been trying to help my mother-in-law relocate to our home in Colorado and to transition her health care here. It has been an endless hassle and impossible to deal with the fact that Dr. Brown does not offer operator assistance, There are no options that help me to do what I need to do (get medical records and transfer prescription orders). I have left messages and have not received a call back.
