Stay away from their service, worst experience ever
Took my 2016 Honda fit for a regular oil change and inspection as normal, service was conducted by tech Aaron Robinson. Got home and I could smell oil burning. Checked car and it had no oil. Drain plug was not tightened and fell off dropping all oil. Taking to another dealership to evaluate engine and possibly taking action against browns depending on results.
