Affordable and convenient location for students looking for housing. Maintenance staff is very timely and professional. However, management has issues with respecting tenants that they deem a "problem". I chose to live at Brown Heights for two years while I was a full time student at ASU, and during my time living at Brown Heights, I have been falsely accused of residential issues concerning other tenants, racially profiled, and my tenant rights have been violated MANY times.
