My father went there and they were being rude to him the whole time. He went there for a hearing test and they didn't even take the test. Instead the guy that worked there sent results from 2021 and it's 2025. Very bad service and doesn't work with us. Even tried selling him the most expensive hearing aids without looking at his insurance.
