Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

I've been a patient of Dr. Song for over 15 years until his retirement from his practice a year ago. I became a patient of Dr Brown immediately thereafter. At first,I felt unwelcomed by the staff, however, as time went by I realized every doctor's office has rules and regulations which needed to be adhered to. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
