After practicing at home for a few years off and on, I finally decided to tag along with a longtime friend while my hubby was out of town. I haven't quit going and love the community at BDY. Everyone is nothing but welcoming and even though a class may seem daunting, there are modifications and guidance to make it available for EVERYONE.
