Well, wish I would've read the 2 most recent reviews. Im experiencing the same thing and just had to file a dispute/claim through PayPal. I placed my order 12/15/25, received an update 1/9/26 that my order was "being processed" and then crickets. Reached out by email on 1/29/26 with no response. Called 2 different times and left detailed messages asking for a call back, no response. Filed a dispute with PayPal, received no response, so I just escalated it to a claim. Ordered a set of motor mounts on 12/12/25 today is 1/19/26 I’ve gotten no updates on this order since it was placed. I’ve sent multiple emails called and left voicemails. They don’t answer or return your calls. I was okay with the waiting period of 2 weeks. I’ll be disputing the transaction with my bank and will never order from this company again. I will also be letting anyone I know with jeeps to look elsewhere where for parts as this is not a good company to purchase anything from. Zero stars would be more acceptable
I ordered motor mounts over the phone in November and spoke with Mike at the time. I understood and accepted the stated lead times and was willing to wait. Bought motor mounts for my 1997 TJ with the 4.0 a while ago but never posted a review. Very high quality product and it made a noticeable difference in the vibration level while driving the Jeep.
