Hate to see it, this company has fallen so far down, dont know what else to say. No response to phone or email. Im now pursuing a refund through my card services. More than 3 months of waiting now.

Horrible costumer service. I placed my order more than 3 months ago and no word from the on when it will be shipped. They won’t even respond to the several emails I sent requesting information or a refund.

What a shame. Brown Dog Motor Mounts used to have an amazing reputation for producing quality American-made products, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order knowing there was already a lead time and patiently waited a couple of weeks before reaching out for an update. From there, it became almost impossible to get in contact with anyone — whether by phone, email, or even through social media.
