Me and my mom purchased a car here the day before Thanksgiving. We found slight problems we wanted fixed before taking the car. The salesman Steve was friendly and accommodating and ensured the car would be ready for pick up in two days, on that Friday. On that Friday, He informed me there was a delay with a part but the car would be ready by Monday. DO NOT GO TO BROWN DEER SALES OR THEIR SERVICE CENTER – I'm telling you this from experience...do not buy your car from Brown Deer Sales or get your car fixed at their service center. Terrible customer service from owners Mike and Jim. If you do go to buy a car, make sure your car is checked, serviced, and safe to drive. I am telling you this to protect you and your money. DO NOT shop here unless you want to spend more money fixing your car then what you bought it for.
Great place to save a ton of money – I ran across the previous review while looking for the phone number and have had a VERY different experience here. I'm a repeat customer of theirs and have bought three cars through them in the past 6 years. They also do much service work for me, my family and friends. In one instance they didn't have the car I wanted and they found exactly what i wanted, brought it in and saved me over 2k on a very similar car that I had looked at on another lot. Horrible! Don't waste your time. – They sell cars with known issues and fail to fix. Customer service is lacking. If you buy a car there, be prepared to have issues with the car. They are not nice to deal with.
