This was the worst experience ever I had with a dealership. Test drove a 2024 Traverse and liked it. Went over the numbers and saw what they were asking and was very disappointed that they weren’t coming down at all. The car originally sticker out at 46,000 in 2024, and they were only coming down to 36,795. 10,000, the car is 3 years old. The manager was so rude. Had a very smooth purchase experience today with Carissa Wikoff. She has a great attention to detail and was able to easily answer my questions. Very happy with my second Kona from Brown-Daub and look forward to working with her again at the end of this lease.
I had a wonderful car buying experience at Brown Daub Hyundai. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. CARISSA was HELPFUL and knowledgeable. She made sure got the right car for my needs. She made sure I understood all the vehicles features and made negotiations and paperwork painless.
I filled out an information form saying please don’t call just email me. Ended up getting three calls. If they can’t follow simple directions how can they sell a car? I have middle schoolers that pay better attention to detail.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Laurie set the positive tone when calling for an appointment. Sam our sales rep was great...knowledgeable and a good listener helping us determine both the type of vehicle and best model for our needs. After purchase Sam went through all the many features and followed up with us if there were any issues or questions. Would definitely go to this dealership if in market for a Hyundai!
