I experienced an issue with my Volvo while visiting the Crayola Factory in Easton. Brown Daub Volvo and Dawn were excellent. They made sure they were able to look at our vehicle as soon as we made it to the dealership and took every measure to make sure the issue was corrected quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo in this area.

Seriously they are the best! Was in and out for service as promised with no sneaky stuff other area Volvo dealer tries. I am not even sure how the other dealer keeps their Volvo franchise in the area since their customer service is so bad and Brown Daub Volvo is so good. 5-Star!!!!

Great service. They corrected my headlights on my Suzuki Kizashi that someone else had messed up. Also did great job on my front brakes.
I contacted this dealership about their stock of Certified Pre-Owned S60s. When I came across a better deal at another dealership and let them know about it to see if they could compete, Kyle took a whole new tone... even tried to tell me the car I was interested in elsewhere had "been on their lot for a year" as I looked at the Carfax Report simultaneously and proved it had been less than three months.
