I am very happy with Dr. Brown. He has always treated with respect, dignity and you can tell he really cares. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. Great doctor and office, I highly recommend them.
I was told by scheduling that he double books every appointment. I had the first appointment after lunch, 1 pm and I was told that if I arrived at 12:15 I would be in a room by 1. They have to fill out paperwork EVERY visit. I was called back At 1:30 and left the office without seeing the doctor at 1:40. My time is important too, I had other appointments. The staff is cold and indifferent and scheduling seems stoned!
My experience over the years with Dr. Brown has been very comforting and thanks to him for pin pointing the source of my colon/stomach issues. Thanks again Dr. Brown!
