I was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I sat in the exam room less than 5 minutes before the Dr. came in. We discussed my issues and Dr. Brown made his suggestions. He did not pressure me into accepting his suggestions. We talked over the pros & cons and I made the decision best for me with no pressure from Dr. Brown.
Dr. Brown was very friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable. He allow me to ask questions and addressed my concerns.
I went to see Dr. Brown regarding several issues. He was reasonably prompt, polite, explained everything in a precise but understandable manner. This was not my first encounter with Dr. Brown, all have been very good. Staff is polite and efficient. The facility is new and seems to be State of the Art.

Dr. Brown is a fantastic doctor. He is personable and understands what I’m talking about when I explain my symptoms. I never feel like he is in a rush. He takes time to listen and answer any questions. Having a great doctor makes a world of difference.
Dr Brown, is a very pleasant individual, easy to talk to ,I think he understand the elderly and know how to make people feel better. I love him.
Dr. Brown is compassionate, competent and caring. He allowed me to thoroughly describe my issues. Staff were professional and friendly.
I don't normally trust MD's. I rarely meet such an approachable, knowledgeable physician. He asked for welcomed my questions. He explained his answers in a comprehensive manner. I must say, he put my mind at ease by informing me of the process and the reason for it. Also, he didn't seem to be 'rushed' or in a hurry to move on to the next patient.
Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and professional in providing care for me. Very friendly and patient in the treatment plan being addressed. The staff is polite and courteous in preparing you for room and check-out services. Very impressed with new location’s size and cleanliness. Keep up the great work!!
