After receiving our estimate, there was a delay to schedule so that scheduling occurred 2 months later with me needing to email/call to follow up. Then on the day of service, the technician was a no-show and we were never contacted - I had to again call the office myself. Tom and the crew did an excellent job! Really explained the problem areas and recommended a variety of solutions that worked with my budget. They took great care to do a thorough job and even cleaned up really well. Excellent communication throughout the process and nice folks to work with. Highly recommend!

From start to finish everything with Brown Chimney went very well! The technician, Eli, was personable and very considerate. He explained everything that he was going to do and then kept us updated as to what he found out about the job. When the job took longer than anticipated because of additional problems, he made the plans to come back.
