Was a long time patient. The girls in the office Kristen and Lauren refuse to pick up the phone when I call. Was forced to switch doctors because I couldn't simply make an appointment. I called over 60 times for 8 months (documented) being ignored till I was told by the state of CT to switch doctors during my workers comp case.
