They deserve ZERO stars. I live in a townhome that was damaged by water and I have called this company daily to try to get an update on coverage through my association's policy. They never call back, never answer the phone. What a horrible company to deal with. Shame on YOU!
Would give zero stars if possible. These people are arrogant, smug and rude. To be very clear they care much much more about the insurance companies bottom line then your business or property. They will happily accept the annual commission for your premiums but when you need to use the insurance, they will provide you a hundred reasons not to instead of helping you out. If you want to be belittled and spoken to like you’re a moron try give Kate Burns a call. That should do the trick. They’re so many better options out there!... read more
No one picks up the phone, guess they can’t even do the bare minimum and hire a secretary, let alone pay for staff willing to help.
Made contact on 7/1/24 by both phone and email for a commercial policy quote. Following the verbal conversation, property details were provided via email to the agent. Receipt of this email was acknowledged almost immediately. On 7/11, after hearing nothing more, reached back out. This inquiry was never answered. As of 7/23, still no return call or email. Only called them on based on a referral. Waste of time.
