It has been a delightful experience to work with Debbie Della Ragione. Debbie is very knowledgeable, listened well and explained insurance lingo to me, so that it was clear and understandable. She did her research and persevered on my behalf, and gave me the exact policies that I wanted, And, she always responded immediately which made the process seamless. I think the world of her!
They were very helpful in getting a policy with the same coverage and saved us hundreds. Then did a follow up on another policy a year later to save us money on that one. They are a great company to deal with.
They deserve ZERO stars. I live in a townhome that was damaged by water and I have called this company daily to try to get an update on coverage through my association's policy. They never call back, never answer the phone. What a horrible company to deal with. Shame on YOU!
Would give zero stars if possible. These people are arrogant, smug and rude. To be very clear they care much much more about the insurance companies bottom line then your business or property. They will happily accept the annual commission for your premiums but when you need to use the insurance, they will provide you a hundred reasons not to instead of helping you out. If you want to be belittled and spoken to like you’re a moron try give Kate Burns a call. That should do the trick. They’re so many better options out there!... read more
No one picks up the phone, guess they can’t even do the bare minimum and hire a secretary, let alone pay for staff willing to help.
