Worst customer service possible. Left messages that never get returned. Then calling 5 times about an urgent matter & speaking with someone only to get sent to a voicemail after holding for several minutes. Frustrating as can be. Will be switching agents for sure.
Does anyone actually work at B&B? I left a voice message two days in a row with no reply. I checked my auto insurance rates as they've steadily crept up and I got comparable auto at 30% of what Traveler's (B&B) were charging me. Then I checked homeowners and recieved quotes at 50% of what traveler's (B&B) were charging me. Wanted to give B&B a chance to review but no one returned my calls. Changing insurers now.

I have been using Brown and Brown for years. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. I carry several policies with them from auto, home, golf cart, liabilty and home owners. They are always there to answer a question or when I need them to shop for my renewals they are an email/call away. If your looking for personable service Brown and Brown are the one to call.
