After waiting 3 hours for a plumber to show up on the agreed day, we had to continue to wait and finally called "Dustin" at the Brown Bros. office to cancel the appointment. Low and behold a BB truck pulled up at our home within 10 minutes of the cancelation call. 2 1/2 hours earlier on the day, one of the "technicians" had phoned to say "I'm in your neighborhood and will be at your house in two minutes." This never happened.
Charged me for labor while service man drove to Raleigh and got part he did not have! 3 hours! Ridiculous!
I use Brown Brothers for all of our home and commercial plumbing and HVAC needs -- be it installation of a new system or fixture, or repair/maintenance of existing systems or fixtures. They always respond quickly and all workmanship is of the highest quality. When I have plumbing or HVAC needs, Brown Brothers is who I call!
