AWESOME Experience! Everyone was so nice and our salesman Charles was top notch. Left no stone unturned. Showed us the ins and outs of the beautiful red XTS4 my husband bought. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone!
Took the CTS in because the electronic seats would not adjust. They fixed the seats, but the seat warmers, sun roof, and trunk open button did not work after I got it back. Took it back and was quoted over $1,000 to fix the seat warmers alone. I had someone else look at it and it turns out some of the fuses were just disconnected (which a mechanic cleaned and reconnected for free). Everything works fine now. I would definitely suggest getting a second opinion before opting to have your car serviced at Brown Brothers.
I love the fact that I can get lifetime oil changes and tire rotation FREE plus get a loaner car while I wait! Getting ready to buy new tires from them and I know I will get the same great service! The guys in the service area are also super sweet!
Drove from 3 hours away to purchase my XTS. Matt Gardner was a fantastic salesman. They were upfront with everything. I'll definitely be going back when we trade again.
Got my 4th Cadillac this week from BB. I will always buy my car there. For 23 years they have been excellent in all areas on helping me find the car I wanted, providing a+ service and always letting me know how much they appreciate my business. Thanks Tony and Matt for helping me find my new CTS6. I love it and will be back in 3 years to get me another new Cadillac.
