Wife is out of town and asked that I bring her Cadillac down to check on a slow leak in a tire as well as a possible low battery in a key fob remote. Nail in the tire....covered. Replace battery in remote....covered. Excellent customer service. This is on top of the free lifetime synthetic oil changes on her vehicle. Love this place.
Brown Bros is a top notch dealership with one of the best Cadillac Roadside Tecs in the business.

I can't tell you about how much I appreciate the kindness of Charles while purchasing my gorgeous 2006 CTS. He did everything thing he could to make sure I got to drive off the lot with my new baby. There was a tiny problem with the car and spoke with Mr. Gary Brown. The Service Department was just as kind and fixed it in no time. Thank you so much.

AWESOME Experience! Everyone was so nice and our salesman Charles was top notch. Left no stone unturned. Showed us the ins and outs of the beautiful red XTS4 my husband bought. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone!
Took the CTS in because the electronic seats would not adjust. They fixed the seats, but the seat warmers, sun roof, and trunk open button did not work after I got it back. Took it back and was quoted over $1,000 to fix the seat warmers alone. I had someone else look at it and it turns out some of the fuses were just disconnected (which a mechanic cleaned and reconnected for free). Everything works fine now. I would definitely suggest getting a second opinion before opting to have your car serviced at Brown Brothers.
