RecommendedI visited Brown Bros. Cadillac today and was blown away from the service I received. A salesman named Matt helped me with finding the perfect car for me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he didnt try to upsell me. I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to go and speak with Matt. He will DEFINITELY take care of you and have you laughing the whole time. Also, the general manager Tony is great too!!! Thanks Matt and Brown Bros. Cadillac!!!!
Wow! Matt was absolutely amazing during my buying experience at Brown Bros. He made me feel right at home at the dealership. Everything was so well explained with no pressure at all, he knows his Cadillacs like the back of his hand 😊. Bruce was great too with finance! Very knowledgeable and helpful along the way! I was traveling from Cincinnati to Nashville on an extremely hot day when the AC stop working in my car. I called the service dept and they said I I could stop in with no appointment. They fixed my car within 90 min and we were back on the road in comfort! Excellent service ! Thanks again

My last service I had when I picked up my car Brad had made sure all I asked for was done. He also had my car washed and it sparkles when I picked it up. They are top notch! I always feel very taken care of there.
