Well priced rental, bunch of issues. Wouldn’t rent from the same property manager again.
I had a great experience renting here as Conrad Pugh was the property manager and he is next level. Super personable, kind, responsive, quick to act, fair, considerate. I can't say enough great things about Conrad. He is truly a gem. I wish him the very best in his career.
We had lived in our apartment in Victoria for almost 20 years. And yes every place has it's issues, what few issues arouse were always addressed quickly and professionally. The on site building manager has always been very approachable.
The communication has been great - Conrad is a friendly, understanding, helpful and considerate Building Manager. Conrad has made excellent improvements at Luxor Manor and has made the building feel more like home. Thank you for being such a responsive Building Manager and friendly neighbour.
