I've been in a now run by brown bros apt for 18 years, since brown bros has taken over 10 years ago it's been amazing. For the last few years the manager "tammy" has been helpful and stern..I appreciate Tammy and brown bros.

Very rude management company. I was a home owner and was told not qualified to get details of financial reports. That was so offensive and against provincial government rules. They should not get involved in customer's conflicts and showed a complete lack of professional ethics.

Rented with Brown Bros the manager they hired is very rude. I did complain about the neighbors nothing much was done to them for deliberately harassing us then get accused of a liar, as these tenants have been in this building for 20 years they are no good tenants when it comes to other people moving into building they might pay their cheap rent but in general they are no good as people towards other people that just moved into a building.
