We had lived in our apartment in Victoria for almost 20 years. And yes every place has it's issues, what few issues arouse were always addressed quickly and professionally. The on site building manager has always been very approachable.

The communication has been great - Conrad is a friendly, understanding, helpful and considerate Building Manager.
