I've used this car wash several times and have generally been happy with the results. The wash is quick, the equipment works well, and my car comes out noticeably cleaner. The staff have always been friendly during my visits, and the location is easy to get in and out of. It's a dependable option whenever my car needs a quick clean.
I will start off by saying, Lex was AMAZING. She made me feel cared for and that my experience was worth discussing. Justin, the store manager, however, did not do the same. I went to this Brown Bear car wash to get some new hatching spiders off of my car, and after going through I noticed some new scratches and, more specifically, my license plate was bent!
