I would just like to say the customer service I received from the District Manager was outstanding! He handled my problem in a very timely manner without any hesitation after investigating on his end and listening to my side of the story! You don’t see this type of customer service anymore. I bought an $11 car wash and handed the young man a $20 bill and asked for only $5 back. That means he got a $4 tip. He did nothing ...not even running the brush over my windshield or rear of my truck. That happened an hour ago. How many people tip 30% at a car wash? You would think they'd give better service...
Staff here at the Parkland Brown Bear are just outstanding. But only fault this place has as of most Browns bear Is to upgrade you're drying units Or slow the conveyor belt down by half horsepower And maybe entire vehicle will be dry
