Purchased a bear bin from this company and the mechanism to open and lock it keeps jamming. After many inquiries I keep being told it is due to the trash bins inside not being pushed to the back and it jamming. Have had to pay them to unjam it and it keeps happening. These bins were made poorly and should not jam that easy just because of trash placement. The company wants to take no ownership over a faulty product and now it's my money wasted on a brand new product.
Called to schedule regular house cleaning. They wanted a contract and a deposit before even viewing the house or providing an estimate. When I objected to signing a blank contract and sending them money, they emailed that they re-checked their schedule and "were too busy" to do cleanings. Feels very scam-y.
