I have always had a great experience with Brown but my warranty windshield replacement costed $700 out of pocket just to have my rear view mirror fall off less than a year later. Turns out they used a 3rd party windshield other than Honda with plastic mounts held by cheap adhesive tape that “unsticks” in the summer heat. Felt like I got screwed having to pay someone to use actual industrial glue to hold my rearview mirror up this time. Thankfully I was not driving when it fell off but it could have been extremely dangerous.

Came in for a missing cover on the tow package of my Buick Envista. This was an item that had come loose right after I purchased the vehicle and had brought in before-hand. I even purchased an extended warranty from the dealership, that had recently run out by 200 miles. Brown GMC/Buick service department would not replace the cover due to the out of warranty even though the cover had popped off several times and I explained to the service rep the situation.
