My husband and I rented a van from Brown Automative via Budget. Upon pick up, the young man working at Brown informed us they did not have the vehicle we rented and would not help us resolve the issue. He refused to provide the owner of the automotive shop's full name, email, phone number or any contact information to us. Our move was delayed as a result, significantly inconveniencing us.I would never recommend this business for any automotive or rental service given the lack of communication and disrespect we encountered.

The worst and possible a scam tried to charge mycard 4 different amounts after being 30 mins late for the resevatuon then helping someone one else before handling the over due pick up NEVER EVER AGAIN AND BUYERS BEWARE REAL TALK!!!!
Great service from a nice local business. Thankfully I pulled in here when my tire shredded. They quickly changed me to my spare and ordered me the correct tire. They even gave me a ride home when I had to bring my car for the new tire and oil change. Nice people with fair prices that I will use for all my future car needs. I’m really glad I found this place.
