While Spring break traveling from our home in Michigan to FL with my mom and grandkids in the vehicle, my alternator light came on just outside of Findlay. Being from out of town, we had no idea where to go! After a Google search, we found Brown Auto. Hoped and prayed we had found a good, honest repair shop. Our prayers were answered! Brown Auto is excellent. My family trusts them to provide the service we need at a good price. They go the extra mile. Kevin, the owner, is ASE certified and I don't think there's a better mechanic in the area.
I moved to Findlay a few months ago and, as usual after moving to a new town, I was concerned about finding a good mechanic. I had found a top-notch mechanic where I used to live and didn't think I'd be lucky twice. I've now had two repair experiences with Brown Auto and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. I hate taking my car to a repair shop. I usually have to wait a week for them to even look at it, and then I get a huge estimate of all this ridiculous crap that needs done, then it takes them another week to fix it. Well not here! I called and they told me to bring it in as soon as I could! They figured out the problem fast and fixed it the next day! Also, the pricing was very reasonable!
