Honestly, this firm was not helpful at all. I called for information about my parents' portfolio purchased 30 years ago. They claim that they only keep a customer record for only 6 years which is fine. So, I pursue asking what should I do? I mean any information upon how I can obtain what they purchased for my 80 yrs old parents. The firm basically diverted and dodge all the questions by telling me to ask my parents on what stock they had purchased. If I knew, I would not have contact Brown Associates.
