expired elevator permit, security number posted will tell you they havent worked with brown for years, tweakers in the laundry room, tweakers in the lobby, agressive drugged out neighbors on the entire basement floor, blasting music, banging on walls and floors, etc just dont move here lmao
HORRIBLE place to live. Management is non-existent and never there. Never responds to phone calls, emails, or maintenance requests. My shower was broken for MONTHS I could only take baths in cold water. Multiple times the electronic locks on the doors failed and I couldn’t even get into the building in the night with homeless people around (I’m a woman). the worst place i have ever lived. management is awful, hired “security”because of all the people doing drugs and breaking into peoples cars but security is never here when any of that is happening. maintenance never comes when you put in a request and if they do it’s a month later. ridiculously expensive to live in a literal box. you cant drink the water here because it comes out orange, people steal your packages, it’s genuinely the worst place ever.
The most horrible management company you could imagine. Unsafe area. Random attempts to raise rent. Maintenance requests that go ignored for months. And a company that doesn’t answer the phone or care at all about residents. This place truly deserves no stars.
